All sales are final. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products — including prints and other bespoke items — we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as items are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or resolve the matter as appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.
